Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is one of the most beloved herbal flowers, known for its gentle, floral flavor and calming aroma. It blooms from late spring to mid-summer, and is beloved as an herbal sleep aid. Many of the varieties of Chamomile we grow are native to Europe, North Africa, Western Asia. It is known to symbolize gentle strength, healing, calmness, patience, and resiliency when encountering adversity.
