Lily of the Valley (Convallaria majalis) is a spring blooming woodland flower. It is known for its sweet-smelling, bell-shaped petals. It is native to Europe and western and northern Asia. It is one of the May birth flowers, and is known to symbolize purity, sweetness, humility, and the return of happiness.
